- נְוַול, נְוַלI ch. sam(נוול, נולto be disfigured, look repulsive; to degenerate). Sot.47b ומלכותא אזלא ונָוְלָא, v. preced. Pa. נַוֵּול as preced. Pi. Ib. 8b השתא נַוּוּלֵי מְנַוֵּויל להוכ׳ since the law requires her disgrace (by stripping her upper body), can there be any question as to these (jewels)? Ḥull.11b נִינַוְּולִיה we may dishonor his body (by a postmortem examination); a. e. Ithpa. אִינִּוֵּול to be disfigured, disgraced. Ib. הא קא מִינַּוֵּול he would be disgraced (by autopsy, v. supra). B.
